          CHESAPEAKE REGIONAL JUDGES DINNER will be held in the Bo Coppege Room, Alumni Hall, USNA

          Directions:  All Judges are to meet at the Loews Hotel no later than 17:30 hours on 13 March 2003 to be  

          transported to Alumni Hall on USNA.

          Saturday 4th January 2002 @ 09:00 hours - Remote Kickoff at University of Maryland, College Park, MD

Pick-up  passes at USNA Pass/ID office between 12:15 and 12:30 hours.

Directions:  Meet shuttle bus at Water Tower adjacent to Stadium unless you have US government access pass. 

A major topic that we will discussed is the judge nominees. If you have not already done so, you need to get your judge nominees into Elena by the next meeting. You will need to provide the judge's name, work phone number, work e-mail address, a correct title and a 50 word or less biography. I have samples of judge bios if you need them. You can also get them from the insert included in the program book for any regional or national FIRST event from 2002.

Copies of the POA&M and Intermediate Master Schedules will be available at or before the meeting.

Wed 9/18/02 @ 14:00 hours located University of Maryland, Bldg 115, Room 3460 (Third Floor).  This room is the Computer, Mathematical and Physical Sciences Dean's Conference Room.  Park across the street diagonally from Bldg. 115 and bring your parking stub with you to the meeting so Elena can validate your parking.  Call Elena at 301-405-0486 to get additional directions.
Thursday  8/29/02 @ 13:00 hours located Maryland State Fair in Timonium, MD.  Please meet at the FIRST Robotics Arena tent where Mike Wade of NASA GSFC will lead us to our meeting room.
